Services

Prevention Services

One on one counseling
Clients are presented with a Biblical view of sexuality and non-married clients are challenged to live a life of sexual abstinence until marriage.

Speakers Bureau
Trained staff and volunteers address church groups, public and private school classes and civic organizations on such topics as birth control ineffectiveness, sexually transmitted disease information, abortion methodologies and sexual purity.

Abstinence Until Marriage Programs
Designed for teens and those who work with them, "Choices: Difficult Decisions Teens Face" is a fast-paced, highly interactive, three-hour workshop. This workshop equips teens with communication skills, knowledge on pre-natal development, abortion, STD's, and how to make a plan to save sex for marriage.

Intervention Services

Pregnancy Counseling
Women and men are assisted in making an informed decision about their unexpected pregnancies through our completely free services. Each year more than 500 clients are offered pregnancy tests, education on pre-natal development, pregnancy viability sonograms, information on abortion and adoption, and extensive assistance and referrals. The message of life is interwoven with the message of the Gospel, which we believe is essential for lasting change.

Medical Services
The Pregnancy Clinic is a licensed medical clinic. Services provided include pregnancy viability sonograms for abortion-minded or abortion-vulnerable women, Sexually Transmitted Disease/Infection (STD/STI) testing, and distribution of pre-natal vitamins to those clients not able to get immediate access to pre-natal care.

Life Issues Classes
PC offers Life $ense, a workshop series for both women and men, whether expecting a baby or not. Classes are free and 1-2 hours in length. Current classes offered include: Baby Basics, Budgeting, Considering Adoption, Deciding Whether to Breastfeed, Faithful Fathers, Healthy Relationships, Infant Health & Safety, Parenting I: Family Life, Parent II: Tools for Parents, and Spiritual Growth. Find out more.

Material Aid
Basic baby items such as clothing, diapers, and formula as well as maternity clothes are provided on an emergency basis to anyone in need. Car seats and starter layettes can be earned by participating in Life $ense classes.

Referrals
Clients are linked to services and resources that will assist them in their pregnancy and beyond. Referrals are made for adoption services, housing, medical assistance, OB/GYN care, professional counseling, social services and more. Referrals for abortion providers are not given.

Client Web Site
All of our services as well as educational information are provided on our client website pregnancyclinic.org.

Restoration Services

Post-Abortion Counseling
As a Christian ministry, PC is committed to assisting men and women to work through the many emotional and spiritual issues involved in the pain of a past abortion. Specific Bible studies are used to offer hope, healing and restoration of their spiritual relationship.

Outreach Services

Community Events
Staff and volunteers are present at local events such as health fairs and city festivals to provide information to the general public as well as to advertise the free services offered by PC.

Pastors Workshops
Periodic workshops are held for local church pastors and pastoral staff to equip them to better meet the needs of their congregation on pregnancy-related issues such as birth control and post-abortion syndrome.

Volunteer Training Seminar
While the goal of this seminar is to raise up new volunteers for the ministry, many women and men attend simply to gain information to use in their own lives and personal ministries.
