Volunteer Training Class

The Volunteer Training Class is a stimulating and interactive course designed to prepare individuals for lay counseling in the Pregnancy Clinic Ministry. It is a 30-hour class (held 3 hours, once a week, for 10 weeks). Classes are usually held twice a year in various locations. Generally, a day-time class is held once a year and an evening class once a year to accommodate various schedules.

Based on the Bible as a guide, the course covers various counseling and communication skills as well as information on critical topics, such as abortion, adoption, abstinence, and sexually transmitted diseases. Find out more in our letter to potential volunteers.
